While we work hard to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review the information below to understand our policy and procedures.
General Return Policy
If you have purchased a product that is faulty or does not meet your requirements, we adhere to the Consumer Protection Act and will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please keep in mind:
- The costs of returning products will be your responsibility.
- If the product is not defective or damaged, a 25% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees charged at the time of order will not be refunded unless the error was on our part.
- We do not manufacture the products we sell and, in some cases, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Return Conditions
To process your return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with the original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Contact us at info@takwaifirearmsammo.com to obtain an RMA number before returning the item.
- The original invoice and a completed return/exchange form must be included with your return.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase for store credit or refund consideration.
- Items must be packaged carefully for return to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to reject items that are not shipped with care.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to items that are returned but are not defective or damaged.
Damaged Items
If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at info@takwaifirearmsammo.com before initiating a return. We will assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, the product may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer for a replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Important Notes
To ensure a smooth returns process, please keep the following in mind:
- Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Items returned must be in perfect, unopened condition.
- We will not accept any items that are opened, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Shipping fees for returning items are non-refundable and will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund if a prepaid return label is used.
- We reserve the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges if conditions are not met.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Some products sold by Takwai Firearms Ammo are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we will guide you on how to proceed with the manufacturer.
