Shipping Timeframe

1. Delivery Timeline: Generally, you should allow 7 to 10 business days for standard ground delivery. We utilize carriers such as UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, SpeeDee and More (depending on your location). Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

2. Shipping Address: Please provide a complete street address, as UPS, FedEx, and SpeeDee do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Provide the Address of Your FFL. We reserve the right to change the carrier based on the shipping address and other factors.

Restrictions and Compliance

1. Legal Restrictions: Some items may be subject to federal, state, or local laws. Before placing an order, please ensure you comply with the laws applicable to your purchase. Certain products are restricted under Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9), particularly for individuals with legal disabilities.

2. Age Requirements: To purchase reloading products such as smokeless gunpowder, black powder, and reloading primers, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Guaranteed Delivery

1. Delivery Guarantee: We are committed to delivering all orders successfully, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery Time and Location

1. Shipping from Our Warehouse: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Idaho, which allows us to control the speed of fulfillment and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are shipped within 1-7 business days to locations within the Continental United States.

Shipping Methods & Fees

1. UPS Ground Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM (Northwestern Time) will ship the same day (unless the item is out of stock or pending verification). Please note that weekends are not counted as business days.

2. FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders that need faster delivery will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight, with delivery the next business day. This service is not guaranteed, and orders placed after 2:00 PM (Northwestern Time) will ship the following business day.

3. International Orders: Shipping for international orders starts at $42.00. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail. To mitigate fraud, we require international customers to pay via wire transfer or Western Union. Customers will be responsible for any fees associated with these payment methods.

Hazardous Materials Shipping

1. Hazmat Fee: A Hazmat fee will apply to all shipments containing powder or primers. The fee is $24 for UPS and $29 for FedEx. An adult signature will be required for delivery. You can select your carrier at checkout by noting it in the "Order Notes" section.

2. Delivery Attempts: If a package containing hazardous materials is not delivered after 3 attempts or is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the Hazmat fee. Hazardous materials cannot be returned.

3. Multiple Hazmat Fees: If your order requires more than one Hazmat fee, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm your decision to proceed with the order.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns or exchanges, and products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
