Warranty Coverage

2. Manufacturer's Warranty: All products sold through Takwai Firearms Ammo come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s specific warranty documentation for more detailed terms and conditions. We encourage all customers to review these terms prior to purchase.
3. Limited Warranty Service: Warranty claims are honored only for products purchased directly from Takwai Firearms Ammo. Please retain your proof of purchase as it is required for any warranty claims.
4. Warranty Exclusions: There is no implied or expressed warranty for the quality or fitness for any specific use. Takwai Firearms Ammo will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the purchaser, others, or their property arising from the use or possession of the products.
5. Warranty Void Conditions: The manufacturer’s warranty will be void if:
- There is evidence of improper product configuration.
- There is evidence of water damage.
- The product shows signs of physical abuse. Any damage from shipping should be reported immediately upon receipt.
- The product shows evidence of misuse, whether accidental or intentional.
- The purchaser fails to provide a valid proof of purchase from Takwai Firearms Ammo. We will assist in retrieving your sales record if necessary, but it is ultimately your responsibility to keep your receipt.
Internal Warranty Terms

External Warranty Terms
Some products require assessment by the manufacturer before warranty claims can be processed. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Assessment & Shipping: Some products must be sent overseas for manufacturer evaluation. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the product owner, with a maximum charge of $45 in most cases.
2. Manufacturer’s Responsibility: In some cases, the manufacturer may replace the product directly without notifying Takwai Firearms Ammo. However, if the product is deemed to have been misused and the fault is determined to be from the purchaser, the repair cost must be covered by the product owner.
